Plantation very nearby to our housing what can be done

Hello, There is a Bungalow behind our residence sprawling up to 3/5 acres (not sure about accuracy). In spite of huge space inside their property they have planted the teak wood trees very closely to our house through which there are many insects, and snakes coming in our residence and disturbing us.Is there any possibility to ask them to cut it down with help of law?
The act of adjacent party attracts criminal liability and they are liable to fine under section 278 of Indian penal code. Further you can approach civil court for mandatory and permanent injunction ask them to fell down their trees which tresspassed in your property and as per section 28 of easements act you are entitled to get right to light,air and way. At this juncture you should approach civil court for your remedy.

They have planted in their property. So you can not get anything. If the nuisance is caused to the public property we can claim. Since the plantation have been planted in their property you can not claim anything. But you can file a suit under one circumstance.

they are for the save nature , he plant trees and of his own site.
but give suggestion for eliminate insects both harmful to you and his plantation. and request and recommand pesticides for both of smooth living . and take co operation from him.. and plant thulasi and other medicinal plants of your own plot .
