PIL disposed by High Court without hearing can it be reviewed

29-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
Public interest litigation disposed by High Court on the very 1st day, because due to various reasons namely applicant was sick and that applicant was informed by SMS only few minutes earlier that the case is listed for today as serial number 4, so there was in any case no chance of attending the matter at a notice of 4 to 5 minutes. By night time on same date, 2 emails arrived stating that your case has been disposed. Is there any way to revive this case, or fresh case has to be filed

Taking into consideration the above given facts.
There are two options available :
1. File a review petition in the High Court.
2. File an appeal with the Supreme Court.
However the option needs to be explored by the order contents passed by the court.
