can i file a PIL regarding non development of infrastructure in my medical college(government college) even 5 years after opening??
Before filing a public interest litigation you need to file a RTI asking them regarding the funds and allocation for infrastructure of the college. Then you should write to the indian medical council asking them the reason behind a poor infrastructure. Kindly collect all the documents before filling a PIL
