PhD admission cancelled by university due to illegality of Phd Course

Dear Sir, I "Mushtaq Ali" have been admitted in PhD Program in Dravidian University,Andhra Pradesh on 31/05/2009 Then all of a sudden they have bared all the PhD admissions stating that they are illegal. We also completed/Passed Pre-PhD Examination as well. Then all of a sudden they have bared all the PhD admissions stating that they are illegal. We also completed/Passed Pre-PhD Examination as well. All our research work and everything what we have done has gone in vain.Please help me in this regard whether is there any legal procedure where we can take up the case to the Govt. Authority
You can file a writ application in the High Court or the Supreme Court regarding your rights in such matter against the government and the University for taking admissions in the university and closing such course later.
