Landlord reclaimed imposed cost which was already paid by the Tenant. Is there law to challenge his integrity and conduct to get dismissed the respect suit?

On disciplinary grounds cases are not dismissed but you can always resort to other options for dismissal and move various applications for that matter.

If you have paid the cost you should have got it mentioned in the order itself. Once it is mentioned you have the proof of payment and no one can reclaim it. If it has not been mentioned you must have a proof of payment. You can file an application whereby you will have to mention the mode, place and if possible proof of payment as well.
