Person in my family tried to labeled me as a mental parient

sir/madam one person in my family try to labeled me as a mental patient. but iam not. he tells to all persons and relatives iam a mental. he Tell me he will admit me in a mental hospital any legal action can take for this?

And also give a copy to your closed friend or relative so that in the need of the hour he/she can produce the complaint to the [police or in the mental hospital.

You can file a defamation suit against the family member. Your family member cannot commit you to a a mental institution on his own sweet will. Before admission an evaluation of the patient has to be carried out by a registered medical practitioner. It is only after the satisfaction of the medical practitioners that a patient is admitted as per the Mental health act.
