Person died in accident i'm the accused and court confiscated passport

Recently I had an accident and a person died in the accident, so before the accident I applied for the my passport but was held at regional passport office Delhi. I had appealed the court in which I am facing the trials but the judge refused and said to bring the permission form Ministry of external Affairs. What should I do now?

What has judge refused? And what permission are you been told to get from ministry of external affairs? Did you move an application for release of passport or did you move an application to obtain NOC from the court.? Till the trial is on you have very less chances of getting your passport back of a new passport
