Parking issue with neighbor who claims it after 3 yrs of possession?

My Apartment neighbor claims ownership of my parking after 3 years of possession (with allotment letter). How to resolve legally? Basically the builder allocated the same lot to both 3 years back & later requested my neighbour to take another nearby lot. He used if for more than 2 years. Now he changed his mind and claiming mine. How to handle this.
You can send a lawyer notice to the person who is making problem with you and also to the builder who allotted the parking to you and the opposite party then try to go for mediation through your builder.if nothing happens positively you can file a civil suit.

If you have any agreement to the compromise entered then you may approach the civil court by filing a suit for not to disturb your peaceful possession without following the due process of law. Otherwise you have to file a declaration suit to declare the car parking slot is belongs to yours.
