Parents refusing inter-religion marriage what can be done

24-Mar-2023 (In Civil Law)
i am a Christian boy aged 36 in love with a hindu girl. both of us loved each other. the girl was trying to convince their parents for marriage, but was emotionally blackmailed by their parents. she still loves me but just refusing for the sake of her parents. is there any legal way to file a case against her so as to threaten their parents and thereby bringing this matter to light. now they are not allowing us to discuss with any of their relatives.. also not attending our phone calls and simply avoiding us. girl is not willing to marry against her parents wish though she loves me a lot. is there any legal way to approach this so that i can get married to her. please guide me.

If both male and female are major and they love with each other and their right to marriage and form family is guaranteed under Indian constitution and universal declaration of human rights and if you can't see your lover you filed habeas corpus petition to produce your lover by her parents and you file before concerned high court
