Parents not ready how to do inter religion marriage

Main hindu ladki hu r 1 muslim ladke k sath 9 saalon se relation me hu ab hm dono shadi krna chahte h qki mere gharwalo ne meri shadi kahi alag fix kar di h.mere parents shadi k liye kbhi b nhi manenge so hme ghar se bhaag k shadi krni padegi..mjhe kuch smjh nhi aa ra kaise karu..court marriage k kya rules h r ye kitne din me final ho jata h..qki mjhe dar h k mere parents hme dhoondh le usse pahle ham legally cuples ho jaye..plz suggest me what should i do?.. Ladke k parents raazi h problem sirf mere ghar se h...What should we do?
Dear mam, if you are from U.P. , the District Magistrate is competant authority for Special marriage or inter religious marriage, there is 60 days(max) process for completing marriage, if you are fear from any cocercive action of police or your parents you can file a writ petition in High court for relief.

Legally you could go for marriage special marriage Act ,in this neither party had to convert or you can convert to Muslim and could go for Nikah ,only problem will be that you will be govern by Muslim personal law from talaq to inheritance ,for further personalised advice contact .
