Our land grabbed with multiple registrations what action can i take

27-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
Dear Sir, My name is XYZ and I am from Hyderabad. We purchased a open plot of 200 sq yards in 1993 and have visited the site few times with no issues, We took a EC in 2008 and had only our name in the records. Last year 2015 we visited the site and saw some activity happening in our open plot hence took a EC to see if everything was alright, To our surprise we saw 5 registration happening between 2006 and 2015 were as our EC taken in 2008 did have any record as such. It is clear case of land grabbing by local people including a retired Register er, We sought the help of a relative who promised will settle the issue with help of Police, some leaders and its been close to 1 year he did nothing, The plot has been divided into 100 sq yards each registered and sold. Today I visited the site and to my shock one bit of 100 sq yards had a 8 feet compound wall with temporary roof built and rented to small Water bottling company, Please advise me with next steps to take back our land,

You can lodge a complaint with police and ask for copy of complaint. I am assuming that you possess Original Sale Deed, file a suit before local court of competent jurisdiction for declaration of title under section 34 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963. Additionally you may consider filing Eviction Suit as well. Good luck.
