Other people preventing me from constructing a house on my site

i have a site and some 3rd parties are coming and preventing me from constructing a house on y site on the ground that the property belongs to them. I have all the Documents supporting the fact that the site belongs to me. what can I do to prevent them from interfering with my site. can I file a case against them
Yes you can file an injunction suit against them. First know details like name, age, father's name and addresses of all the persons who are preventing you from constructing a house on your site. Issue a legal notice to them. Whatever be the reply, you file an injunction suit in the jurisdictional civil court praying for prohibiting them from entering your premises.

If you have valid documents supporting your ownership please go ahead and file a suit for Injunction before the Civil Court having the jurisdiction to decide on the issue. Yes, you can file case against those people, who are illegally encroaching to your property, people who enter to your property without your permission are called as trespasser, you can file FIR to police station (concerned jurisdiction), and you can file Civil Suit for permanent Injection to restraining them from entering to premise.
