The case status  Summon/Notice Business: Sale Paper for JD by 28/04/2016 means that the person who filed the original lawsuit has won the case and has been awarded a decree in their favour. The Original Suit (OS) has been decided and an application for execution (in the form of an Execution Petition (EP)) of the decree obtained in the suit has been moved by the decree-holder. As the recipient of the decree, the decree-holder has filed a petition for execution against the judgment debtor to enforce the decree. If you have received a summons related to this case, you should attend the court on the date specified and file a response to the petition filed against you.

The plaintiff/petitioner in the original suit or arbitration case has got a decree in his favor and as a decree holder he has filed the execution petition against the judgment debtor to enforce the decree awarded in his favor. If you received the summons, you should attend the court and file your counter to the petition filed against you.
