order of highcourt not being foloowed what to do

Order is passed by high court that partition proceeding shall continue but the actual physical partition by meets and bounds shall not be effected till further orders without prior permissions of high court. But still plantiff has filed case of darkhast in dist court to effect partition and dist court has send darkhast to collector and tahasildar by passing order under 54 cpc and send to collector to make the partition .This is disrespecting order of high court .what to do ?
File a contempt petition and get the proceedings of the lower court stayed as it is violation of legal principles. The exact course of action can be ascertained onbthe perusal of the case files and then further actions can be taken.
