Time is not essence of the contract in such cases and hence other side has right to pay the remaining amount and purchase the property. However you can claim interest on residue amount moreover you can also claim compensation

Hi,

All Depends upon the terms and conditions laid down in the agreement.

If time have passed and process of revocation have been followed by you, you can revoke the agreement. As the other party have breached the term and conditions and they cannot take benefit of their wrong done.

Thanks
