Nuisance being created by the neighbour. What can I do to stop him ?

Beside my residence the owner of the house has given his ground floor in rent to grill makers who make a hell lot of noise.. What can we do?

In your case you can file a complaint before the west Bengal pollution control board and in the municipality or corporation and in the event of non action by the pollution control board and municipality you can file petition under article 226 of the constitution of India before the Honble High court at Calcutta for a direction on stopage of the said Grill factory upon the municipality and pollution board. You can also avail order of injunction against them restraining them from causing disturbance to you but that's bit lengthy Process

MY OPINION THAT you have so many legal ways to stop that dangerous noise and make continuous nuisance at residence which are actually covered in different area at legal fields, most important that the violation of constitution rights, & more noise it make the sound pollution , you should at competent courts.
