We ask for public amenities Gram Panchayat given us notice
We resident of Takali PC Gram Panchayat , Chalisgoan Taluka , Dist-Jalgaon , we are living from last 15 years. We have not any public amenities like road, street light, water, sanitation so we made complaint to CEO of ZP. After complaint Gram Sevak threatened us by giving notice in one day to all 100 house owner. The notice contains Provide copy of Building permission taken from gram panchayat , if you will not produce it within 3 days , it confirms that your building is illegal. So please guide us what to do ?
Don't worry these are called as fear tactics. gramsevak is just trying to threaten you. You can complaint to collector, tahsildar and other authorities regarding his behaviour Also if he gives you such notice then he will also have to tell how the buildings were built and existed in the first place from so many years that is not easy Don't worry approach the proper authorities.please consult your local lawyer for further advice
