Not satisfied with the lawyer handling my case what to do
19-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
On 15th Nov 2015 i hv filed a lawsuit u/s 107 against one of my neighbor as she used rough language to my sister n mother at Barasat court. Police submitted the report to the court which is in favor or us and we hv the recording of the incident. The court order still pending as th Judge not came on all th 6 dates for th hearing. I am not satisfied with my lawer's performance, pls advice n suggest.
you can take the no objection certificate from the lawyer. Just purchase one VAKALATNAMA, and on the top left corner of the page write I have no objection. then sign it from the advocate. thereafter you can appoint a fresh advocate.

first you need to go through the orders and seek certified copies thereof. And after that seek a second opinion from another advocate and then judge whether the concerned person is correct or not and if he is not you may file a fresh vokalatnama replacing him.

Look, Section 107 Cr.P.c. is a petty Case, which was tried before the Ld. Executive Magistrate's Court. The Ld. Court was pleased to asked the Opposite Party to furnish a Bond of Rs.1,000/- or Rs.500/- for Six month or One year, if the Case is prove against the O.P.
There is no penal section under Section 107 Cr. P.C.
Therefore, my suggestion is that, don't west you time in such a petty matter.
