Not getting case date since 2015
25-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
writ petition has been filed on RHC on aug 2015 since than my case has not been put up infront of judge. After filed urgent hearing application. Result is still the same, pls advice what to do next??
You need to find out what is actual cause of delay , if there was any delay due to defect or some other reason and at the same time what sort of relief you want ? Please let us know if it is a writ petition or an appeal ? Right of speedy trial and disposal is always there with a litigant . kindly furnish complete detail.
