Non payment of wages by employer despite reminders

I used to work in a Civil Company. I wasn't getting my wages since months So, I resigned. I really need my wages cleared now ! Please help me out

You must approach Workmen compensation Tribunal/Labour Tribunal. You must show the Chairman about the job record in which you did your job. Your employer`s address particulars and arrears from which date till which date the employer is due to you. The Tribunal Chairman will summon your employer and direct him to pay arrears of wages to you. You must search in which place Labour Tribunal is situated in your area and tell the official of the tribunal about the grievance caused to you and redressal you sought. It is better to take legal support from an expert advocate who deals with Labour cases
