Neighbours fixed exhaust fan facing my main door What can I do

I'm living in Chennai, I have contagious problem with my neighborhood, as they have fixed exhaust fan facing our main door and everyday they operate the fan nearly 2 hrs in regular intervals, which produce noise and smoky smell as this fan fixed for their kitchen, this gives bad feeling to live in our room. And we tried to the explain this the problems to the neighbor. But their least bothered about it. Now I like to fix the problem legally and I need your kind advice and help to move this further.
Lodge a complaint with local police under 133 crpc, for public nuisance if the problem persists. and you can lodge a complaint with pollution control board. Contact a lawyer and issue a legal notice in this regard at the earliest to curb this menace.

This facility to them shall be a nuisance to you.
This is also a health hazard issue since it emanates bad air from inside and pushes it outside by force which naturally may enter into your house through open window.
Besides it may be noise pollution too.
If the neighbor is not listening to a polite request, you may make a complaint with the society/association about this.
If there is no response from the association management then you may plan to initiate legal action by first issuing a legal notice and then move a nuisance case before the judicial magistrate court or cooperative court.
