Creating pollution by demolishing 2storey building witout out taking care others violates law and others Fundamental Rights. What are the remedies and can I ask for compensation
This act is in violation of applicable environmental laws and order passed by National Green Tribunal. NGT has issued various directions in relation to a demolition of a building and precautions to be taken by concerned authorities. You are well within your rights to approach NGT for same. You need to file an application before NGT stating all relevant facts. If you have suffered personally due to the pollution caused during demolition you can seek for monetary compensation.
