Neighbour illegally using boundary wall what action can i take

My neighbour is illegally using my boundary wall for hanging hoarding and other items and has also constructed designer structure which lawfully should have been left open to sky
U should send a legal notice to stop using ur boundary wall and give them 15 days of period to remove the hording. After the notice period is over, u can file a declaration suit before the civil judge.
