Neighbour has not left space for Ventilation?

i have left space for ventilation. but my neighbor has not left any he uses my space. can i take any legal action

Yes you have several remedies available. Firstly you can file a civil suit for declaration and injunction seeking an order that your neighbor does not block any sorce of ventilation. Apart from the civil suit, you can also proceed against your neighbor for flouting local municipal laws and for carrying out construction in violation of the sanctioned building plans. In this case you have to file suit for injunction otherwise he may take plea of Easmentry right and you may lose your right against your own property. If he is using this place for more than 20 years you cannot do any thing.

sure you can take action both under local urban development and criminal law(tress passing) urban development law provides for the minimum set back area to be left vacant for ventilation and the criminal law provides for punishment fro tress passing
