Neighbour has not left space for Ventilation?

i have left space for ventilation. but my neighbor has not left any he uses my space. can i take any legal action

In this case you have to file suit for injunction otherwise he may take plea of Easmentry right and you may lose your right against your own property. If he is using this place for more than 20 years you cannot do any thing.
