Neighbors restraining construction on my property what can i do

I have approved plan of my house .it's clearly mentioned that that's own wall now I started my house construction but nieghbours were saying that if we give that own wall as common wall in writing they will allow us to construct . Whether that notary paper can be used for getting that wall?
If you are building as per approved plan, they cannot legally prevent you. The legal way for you to face this is to approach Court to get an injunction restraining the neighbours from interfering you from going ahead with construction of your house.
