Neighbors reconstruction of house may damage my house can I get stay

My neighbour are reconstructing their house, but engineer says if they will dig for pillars your house may go down due to old construction. Also we have one common wall, they are asking us to pay full cost to build that common wall, Can I request for stay order on their construction.

you have all the easementary rights and right to protect your property from damage. you need to file a civil suit and get stay on their construction. where is the house situated? the court will help you in this case by restraining your neighbor from carrying such illegal construction which may damage your property. they cannot demand any amount from you in the name of common wall. we handle such type of cases.
