Neighbors harasses at 4 in the morning and through out the day

My neighbour tenant are disturbing us by grinding ginger and masala by grinding stone around 4 clock morning and keep on going after half hour through out whole day due to this our life becoming hell, we asked the lady peacefully to not to do like this or use small mixy for this ,but she is not stopping to do this , several time we complaint to landlord who are not living here but he also not taking out solution due to greed of money, and i feel somewhere landlord is also indulge to paster us What action i could take , should i go for log fir and against here or what should i do, what action will be taken after fir by police or in court. Pls help

There is no law in existence which can stop a person from grinding spices within the limits of her residence. As law does not take cognizance of trifling act, I'm afraid that there is no legal solution to your problem however, All your neighbor can do is register a complaint for nuisance against you but she needs to prove the same in the Court of law which is a very cumbersome process.

You can approach Court or police, if nuisance is created by any one. You have right to live peacefully and if anyone create any nuisance, then you have legal right too. You can file police complaint, he is making your life miserable.
