Neighbor threatening to create nuisance what can be done

Sir neighbour is thteatning to break and fill the drain in our land , is this legal , no part of the drain is in their land. Please suggest
If that drain belongs to you then your neighbour have no right to do such type of work. If they do so then file a F. I. R. in the concerning police station. Then the police personal take immediate action against them and stop them from doing so.

This is not legal procedure for trespassing to another land. but according to municipal law a person must give a drain at their boundary of land. If any one threatening you then you can file a application before D.C against him.
