Neighbor fixed rods on our apartment wall,what legal action can I take

Ours is small apartment with 5 flats and has very little common space inside the compound wall. One of the flat owner has fixed Rods to dry the clothes in that common space which is very disturbing to us. How should I take action, is there any law to support this kind of issues.
Issue legal notice to concerned person requested him to remove the rod in compound wall. Failing which file a suit for mandatory injunction before concerned territorial district munsif court which directed your neighbour to remove rod but you should prove before court that presence of rod in wall should weakened the nature of wall and also prove that there is no essential to fix rod permanently.

Legal recourse is available if you feel that your neighbour has interfered with your enjoyment of land or property.
The fixing of rods in the common place without consent of other users is not permitted. You can politely ask him to remove the same from common place. If the neighbor is not abiding by the request made and is agitating then you may issue a legal notice on your behalf and on behalf f all other affected flat owners instructing him to remove the same or to face legal action.
If your neighbour harasses you in a deliberate and obvious manner, such as using words to insult or belittle you, you can make a police report. Harassment with words or behaviour, causing distress to the victim, is an offence.

Actually there is way to obstrain them in using the common space which could disturb the enjoying the common area by the other co- owners you have to file bare injunction suit against the said said person within a period of limitation
