DESPITE OF OBJECTION NEIGHBOUR ERECTED ADVERTISEMENT HOARDING ON COMMON WALL(TECHNICALLY ON HIS BOUNDARY) 4 STORY HIGH. MINES GROUND FLOOR RESEDENTIAL AND HIS IS 4 FSTORY COMMERCIAL BUILDING.. THIS HOARDING IS UNSAFE AS DESERT STORMS R VERY COMMON HERE AND IT IS A HAZARD FOR LIFE AND PROPERTY... WHAT ACTIONS I CAN TAKE AGAINST HIM??
