Neighbor doing nuisance by throwing stones on our house

Sir i am living in a colony where all houses are attached to each other. There is a lady neighbour who is making nuisance by throwing stones at our home through windows and our home was newly white washed and she is throwing mud at it and damaging all colouring . when we go to resolve it she threaten my father that she will file false allegation at him. As law favour ladies so what can we do . if we do FIR she will file false allegation on my father and as he is goverment employee. their will be threat to his job.
