Need to file a case against Madhya Pradesh Education board

23-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
Hi, I have appeared for 12th class exam from Madhya Pradesh Education board. In one of my paper I got less mark than expected. I got the certified copy of the answer sheet through RTI and found they have made mistake in totaling ( have given 4 marks but not added in totaling), I reapplied for re totaling but they have not declared "No change" in the marks ( have not taken the effort of re totaling ). Have visited Bhopal office twice which is around 300 Kms but evey time they say We will increase and inform your school but it is not happening. What is the best way going legally?

Yes you have the legal remedy available under Article 226 of the constitution of India before the high courts. The case is fit to file under writ and there are many judgements are in these connections. I don't know where are you residing, according to the jurisdiction you may approach to the heigh court, Indore /Jabalpur / Gwalior.
One thing you need to approach as earliest as possible to avoid delay and also will affect your career in taking admission etc
