Need information on act applicable to trust in Gujarat

In Gujarat State which is following THE MAHARASHTA TRUSTS ACT 1950 or THE BOMBAY TRUSTS ACT 1950, can a trustee employ his wife as employee in a school which is run by the same trust. The trust is a linguistic minority trust.
Indian trusts act 1882 is for all the trusts in India. The wife of trustee can certainly work in the trust. All the trusts made by any of the state government cannot take away the fundamental right of any person.
