Generally during summer vacation civil Court remains closed with the exception of urgency matters. However, you have to establish the urgency for filing the case during summer vacation and in case you could establish the urgency then it will be admitted otherwise it may go against you. Thus, herein it is in the best interest of yours that you wait for 10-12 days and by that time summer vacation will be over. It will be better.
