My neighbour harassing me using his legal links what can i do

What can I do to stop the harassment of the neighborhood which calls the cops at every point and using his legal link again harass us with the cops
its very simple.. file cross comlaint against him and if possible install CC Tv in your premises which can prove that your neighbour is making false complaints. talk to your MC Sarpanch or some local respectable and try to rosolve it..

You should approach the highest officer in the Police Department viz SSP or DSP and if still not satisfied, You may take up with Press or file a criminal complaint in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate of your area.
