My documents used by my sister to get a loan what to do

I gave ration card, adhar card and education proofs to my sister for purchase of property but she misused them by making my pan card and fake financials and obtained loans in my name from 1o different NBFCs. Now one of them after exparte award in 2013 filed execution in 2016. With civil court.objections filed from my side alongwith guarantor who is unknown. Oral arguments done from decree Holder side and written arguments from my side. Now judge fixed date 4 order on objections and arguments. I already complained to senior police and RBI but all in vain. Sister also working in police and because of her influence she managed to obtain loans in my name. I rec'd summons in Feb 2016. Kindly guide as attachment can be ordered against execution of fake loan .
Yes court can order to attachment . it is fake or not you have to proove that. Court will not consider they were fake loans . you have to prove that loan was not taken by you . it was taken by your sister.

In such a case you should go for application before LD. Magistrate for registration of FIR and further file an appeal against the judgment and decree which have been passed against you in your absence and at your back.

As you have realized that it was the execution court order hence the attachment order can be passed anytime and the same can be proceeded by the authorities anytime after passing the said order. In this scenario you must again file complaints to higher authorities of Police and RBI and also follow up with the same for their interventions. You must lodge a FIR as the PAN card making and Loan taking must be with your signatures which are not yours. Obtain copy of those documents. How have you complained to senior police officers and RBI officials? Is it in writing.? Pl. show all documents to gide you properly.
