my ansitral property sold with out my fathers concent

My great grandfather purchase a land passed away without any will he had two marriages both are blessed with a one son first wife son( mygrand father) passed after when my father born the total property enjoied and sold by second wife son 1 acer and his wife 1 acer in 1940 withou the concent my father. sir plz give the solution to the right now
On the demise of your Great Grand Father the property will be divided into three parts i.e. First wife, Your Grand Father, Son of Second wife. Ac 2 will be divided into three parts. If the Ist wife of GGF died, your Father will get two parts and son of 2nd wife will get one part. Since already 2 Ac sold by them long before and you have silent all these years, your case has became weak. Anyhow, you can file Partition suit by appointing an experienced lawyer.
