Mother not allowing to marry BF and filed false case against him

I am 23 and my bf 30. We are from different castes. We both want to marry. His family is ready. Bt my mother is not ready. She knew about us six months ago. From then my job and studies are not allowed to be continued and my mother left me now with my grand mother. Bt she dud case in rathodi on boy that he tortured me so i left my home. Its been six months and i am not allowed for studies. We both want to marry but as we live in rajasthan so neither court marriage nor arya samaj can be done without parents consent. What should we do and also someone told us that some advocates of delhi and up send you papers you have to sign them and send them back you dont have to go and they send you marriage certificate so is it true. Please help us .how can we marry. Because my mothers family has high approach in police and media they say if we did marriage they wont gonna leave us and my mother says that if did then she will sucide and leave a sucide note with me, my bf and his family members name
Hi basically it is not possible that both of you do not appear for marriage and the certificate of marriage being issued ; at the same time as if you are fulfilling the basic conditions for marriage than it is not necessary to have consent and presence of parents . You can do the marriage and live happily ; whatever approach or connection somebody might have it is certainly of no use once a lawful marriage is done with the proper way.

no Person in this world stop u to do marriage of ur own choice. You can lodge complain about ur house arrest to the police by way of e mail or you can approach to high court by way of filing a writ petition challenging ur house arrest by stating that the police is not doing anything. Moreso, you shaould also file 482 petition for quashing of the compalain lodged by ur mother against your BF and meanwhile u can pray for police protection. Arya samaj in rajasthan are operational. U can marry at arya samaj at Ajmer and registere the same in Ajmer Municipal Corporation.
