First of all you will have to send a notice to the CBSE for change in your marksheet. The application must be channled through your school specifying all the details. If the CBSE refuses to correct the same then you will have to file a case.

Yes definitely, this will create issues when you will go for some job or for applying in govt. sector as they can take it as fraud and can file a complain against you therefore you must file an application to your 10th class board and must ask them the procedure to change this error. if you want a complete solution for this you must tell which year your category certificate was issued, also try to provide complete information and documents with it

You send a written request to cbse delhi for amendment in your marksheet with releted documents self attested copy.
Send request by registered post only. If they not take any action . You contact me again.

Send an application of correction to the case board of general category to obc category with your caste certificate. If nothing is done by case board then you file writ petition against cbse board.
