MFM degree is already issued treated same as MBA(financial management)

have done my MFM in academic year 2012.But, The nomenclature of MFM has been changed as MBA(financial management) in 2014 by Gazette of India 05 july, 2014.Kindly see it-www.ugc.ac.in/.../1061840_specification-of-degrees-july-2014.pdf. However,the course content of both course are same. I cleared test for recruitment of Assistant Manager of BSFCSCL..according to the educational qualification prescribed a candidate should be a MBA/PGDBM. My candidature has been kept pending.I want to know that MFM degree is already issued treated same as MBA(financial management).I am able to relief from court

If MFM degree is now treated as MBA, I see no reason for your appointment to be kept pending. You seem to have a good reason to approach authorities and even High Court for necessary relief.

Yes you have fair chances to get relief from the court, make a good petition and annexe all necessary documents. You can approach the high court under 226/227 of Constitution if India and pray for necessary relief.
