Massive sound pollution from A/C machine what legal action can I take

I am 65 yrs.living in my own flat.My adjacent neighbour is a 30 yrs. lady, has installed a powerful A/C mechine on her balcony wall.The same wall is also the COMMON WALL to one of my bed rooms. Massive Sound and vibrations generated from the a/c spreading through the connected wall to the entire flat and thus making unfit living condition. Immensely disturbed and torchared due to the sound pollution. Kindly advice me how to get rid of this problem(it appears that the a/c is installed without permission and paying requisite charges to electricity dept.)
To remove the nuisance you can file case before the court of magistrate u/s 133 crpc which is both cost effective and efficacious.
