Dear Sir, I am a Indian, i live in India. My girlfriend a Brazil civil and she live in Brazil. We are want marriage in India, so can you tell me please, what is process in India for a civil marriage and what is need document for civil marriage . "Single status certificated" is important for civil marriage in India or not important .
U have to recourse under spl.marriage act&u have to submit photo of ur marriage marriage card&other paper required by the concerned officer&engage a local lawyer.rest we need to discuss ur case indetail
