Made a statement in public institute asking to apologize
20-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
I had gone for demo class of big data course. D prsn didn't allow me to sit in cls bcoz I m from teaching profession. Few days back der was ad of dat cls n I gave my review as "narrow minded. I hate such pepl". Now he is saying to apologize in public or will file IPC 499 against me. Need help.
Any statement made as a fair and bonafide comment is not regarded as defamation. In case where your statement was a fair comment then will not regarded as defamation and you are not suppose to make an apology.
