License Deed of tower is finished

A company indus tower ltd. have installed their tower on my premises in 2007 , and the license deed is over on 19/04/2017. We have given them 3 month prior notice that your license is going to finish , please find other place for your tower & we are not interested to renew the license. Now they are accepting that company is in fault because the license is over but they want 1 month extra time for removing the tower, But we are not sure that they will remove tower after 1 month. what legal action I can take? , can i file criminal case against the company and under which section or can take civil action? Or if we give them one month time then what should we write ,so that they are compelled to remove the tower after one month and they cannot go to the court
