Legal steps if Boy after relationship refused to marry

What should I do? Iwas in a relationship that was my caste our relationship has been 5_6 years..he also had sex with me several times for marriage...but now he refused to marry...what I do.....I am Hindu
First of all i would like to state that you have not disclose your intention clearly. if you want marry him then the answer will be different and if you want to teach him a lesson then the answer will be different. if you want teach a lesson to that person then you can file a criminal complaint against that person under section 376 IPC for false promise of marriage and 420 IPC for cheating. if you want further assistance then you can call me

You shuld lodge a complnt in police station,and u shuld file a case aginst him if he promise you to marry and take your consent for sex with false mary promise than u can file rape case aginst him u shuld take actn agnst him
