Legal recourse against college for refund of fees

Last year I taken admission in college.But after one month I met with accident . When I cross the road bike hit me. My both leg fractured suddenly I left the college and return home with my parents when I return home and consult with doctors I have five Operations both legs doctors give me one year bed rest. Now my financial condition is very poor bcoz I have education loan .when I talk to college about refund fees they saying as per rules fees can not refundable. What legal recourse can be taken?
1. First of all check the terms and conditions on your college pamphlet ( Prospectus) , Application form and receipt you got when you paid the fees while taking an admission, on that basis only you can take an action against the college because the rule of every college differs. If you see any loopholes in the college documents the contact to the local lawyer for taking an action against.
