Legal recourse against a hospital when they are making false claims

Sir the situation is as follows:- I a student of class 11 was trying to take an appointment for a doctor since 1month. The condition was that,the appointment could be taken only at Sundays after 10am.So yesterday which was also a Sunday I the hospital at 8 and asked for an appointment, and the personal replied that i have to call after 10am.As i Had a class at 10 so at around 10:30my aunty called the hospital and asked for an appointment.But the person who received the call said that there was no need of registering for an appoin.. and said that if tomor i come after 10am I will be able to meet the doctor.So i went at 10:30 to the hospital and went to the hospital personal who was in the reception.I asked him that i want to meet Dr.and she was checking the list in a register and asked me where is my appointment . So i told him that a man from your hospital told me that it was notrequired.And was telling me that i was lying even if i showed my call logs they refused.please.Do I have any legal recourse?
In this case you can send a legal notice stating your concerns and demands. If they donot comply with your demands you can file a suit in the consumer forum or under the provisions of Civil law. You can also file a recovery suit in this regard for the recovery of money.

You can claim damage caused if any for missing the doctor on time due to some one / hospital authority's negligence in dealing with patient/you. Go for consumers forum if you have witnesses who can support your claim.
By the way why not take another appointment instead of wasting your hard earned money and time.
