Legal age for both partners to get married

Hye sir my age is 19 years and i am working in apgenco as contract labour i loved a girl her age is 18 she also loves we both have good understanding between us their one problem our age for marrige is not sufficient ok we will but her parents have cast feeling and also they want to marry her with 32years boy in there relatives but she don't want to marry him because she don't miss me in her life and me too also don't want to miss her in my life can plz tell me a solution for this i mean is there any chance to we marry as legally

boy should be 21years of age and girl age should be 18, but still if you get married when you are 19 and girls as said is 18 according to Hindu rites and rituals and you guys have valid age proof, you can approach high court and pray for protection and marriage will be legal if it happened with free and sweet will.

I would like to inform you that the legal age for boy to get married in India is minimum 21 years however I have seen several cases where the boys age was below that and they had got married and both the boy and girl were adamant about the marriage and finally the court accepted the marriage.
