Law against use of false certificates for jobs in UP govt.

My maternal uncle used forge documents (degrees, diplomas) to get his wife govt. job in UP 15 years before. My uncle has house & other properties on her name. Someone has complained against her and investigation is going on in the same university from where she got those documents. My question is if she is found accused , which is very likely, will the property related to her like house, bank account etc all be seized and what will be the imprisonment and fine.
Yes she will be imprisonment under section 465,471 474 IPC .she would be punished with 7 year or life time and fine .it is non bailable offence and very serious offence and for property it will be the matter of enquiry

A Case of cheating,misrepresentation,fraud and forgery must have been initiated against your maternal uncle ,under sections 420,408,468 and 120B of Indian penal code ,if after inquiry its proved that offence under above sections has been made then punishment of maximum 7 years of imprisonment could be given .As far as house and other property is concerned it will not be seized with the pronouncement of the punishment or confirmation of the guilt of the accused ,for that further enquiry could be initiated by the authorities .
