You have to file a suit for partition and also for declaration that sale is not binding on you. So far as injunction is concerned you have not stated who is in possession of the lands. If you are in possession seek interim injunction for not to disposes you. You may also seek injunction restraining the buyer from further alienating the property pending disposal of the suit.
